Please read below for field trip arrival, check in, seating, and parking information to ensure the best experience for your group at the theater.
Arrival Information:
The doors to the theater will open 30 minutes prior to the show. Please arrive by this time in order to have everyone seated in a timely fashion.
As multiple groups attend our productions, we are unable to hold the show for your group. If your group is running late to a performance, we will seat you as soon as possible based on the nature of the production.
Please speak to your students about theater etiquette prior to their arrival.
Check In Process:
Please check in with the Box Office representative located at the front door. Your students will be asked to line up so they may be escorted into the theater.
Your entire group must be present before we are able to seat you. Saving seats within the theater is not allowed. If your group plans to arrive individually, you are welcome to wait quietly in the lobby. Once everyone is present, please notify the Box Office staff.
Seating Information:
Seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. While we will make every effort to keep your group together, it’s possible that your class may be split between rows or sections.
If you, or anyone in your party, has special seating needs, please notify the Box Office prior to your arrival.
Parking Information:
Standard school buses are welcome to park in our lot as space allows. Buses should park parallel to the other vehicles and take up no more than 2 spaces. A parking permit is required for each bus in the lot and may be picked up at the Box Office upon arrival. Please click here for parking availability on the day of your performance.
