School Field Trip Request Form
Please complete this form to request admission to a field trip performance. This form is does not hold your seats.
Groups of fewer than 10 attendees should book tickets through the Box Office at (407) 447-1700 ext. 1 or boxoffice@orlandoshakes.org.
Please Note: Filling out this form does not confirm or reserve your tickets. After submitting a Field Trip Request Form, you will IMMEDIATELY receive an email confirming that the Orlando Shakes received your request. If you did not receive this email, your request did not go through.
Please note that Orlando Shakes receives a high volume of requests during this time and responses may be slightly delayed.
Seats will only be reserved once Orlando Shakes has received a completed contract sent out by the Field Trip Coordinator.
Orlando Shakes DOES NOT accept full payments on the day of performances. A 50% deposit is REQUIRED to be paid no less than sixty (60) days prior to the performance.

All deposits, sales and payments are final. There will be no refunds given for any reason including, but not limited to, illness, transportation troubles, or acts of God.
