Aja Grooms

Aja Grooms is thrilled to portray this kind hearted princess in her first production at Orlando Shakes! Aja earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Central Florida. Most recently, you may have heard her singing Beatles tunes as Buzz in the Orlando Rep’s production of Beat Bugs: A Musical Adventure. Other past roles include Amy March (Little Women), Miss Dorothy Brown (Thoroughly Modern Millie), Freckleface Strawberry (Freckleface Strawberry), and Rapunzel (Into the Woods). Aja also performs regularly in Peacock Tales with Princess Penelope at the Winter Park History Museum. Love to her family and friends, David (her real life Prince Charming), and the cast, crew, and creative team.
