March 19 - April 26, 2015

By David Wood | Based on the book by Roald Dahl Margeson Theater

Young orphan James flees from his two conniving aunts, and launches on a journey of enormous proportions! Suddenly he finds himself in the center of a gigantic peach surrounded by human-sized insects with equally over-sized personalities. Follow James, the wise Old-Green-Grasshopper, and the pessimistic Earthworm on their wild adventure!

About ASL Shadow Interpreted Performances

Each actor is shadowed by a sign language interpreter, providing a rich theater experience for our patrons who use sign language. This is an excellent experience for hearing theater patrons as well, by being able to enjoy a new and different style of theater.

Our interpreters are from Signing Shadows, a volunteer service for the non-profit organization, Florida Hands & Voices. One of their initiatives is to provide events and experiences that Deaf and hard of hearing children can participate in.
