God of Carnage

October 12 - November 13, 2011

Written by Yasmina Reza
Directed by Mark Routhier

This 75-minute thrill ride takes you into the most dangerous place on earth: parenthood. A civilized discussion over a playground fight becomes a finger-pointing, fur-flying, hilarious brawl between two couples in this savagely caustic comedy from Yasmina Reza (ART). Currently being developed as a major motion picture, God of Carnage stormed Broadway, nabbing the 2009 Tony Award for Best Play and earning knockout reviews.

Content Advisory: God of Carnage contains strong adult language and mature themes. Recommended for adult audiences and older teenagers.

Reviews

"...a cast of four who get down and dirty so entertainingly that laughter all but drowns out the little voice in our heads warning, 'But that could be you too.'" - Matt Palm, Orlando Sentinel

"...voyeurism at its most fun and most tragic. Real Housewives style…" - Holly V. Kapherr, Orlando Weekly

"Yes, I hate these people. They are overpaid and overbearing and over here, but watching them self-destruct is a joy." - Archikulture Digest
